Biography

Having graduated from the Norwich School of Art and Design after studying Photography, Emma Kindred gained experience of a wide range of cameras and techniques, of which she now prefers digital methods. It was while she was studying that Emma’s passion for capturing real moments in people’s lives developed, and has been growing ever since.

Emma’s design career started in a studio environment, producing print and web designs in her role as lead designer for a publishing house. Her job also let her expand her passion for photography by art directing and taking stunning images of all kinds of animals, reptiles and insects in a studio environment.

During this time, Emma also started making small custom pieces of jewellery for friends and family members. This has now progressed into Emma setting up a store of Etsy, selling small pieces of work and bespoke commissions.

Emma’s work has been featured in Country Life, Suffolk Magazine, Great British Food Magazine, The Times Magazine,  iStock,  The East Anglian Daily Times, Ipswich Evening Star and various design and photographic pieces for local advertising agencies.
